How do I purchase a "Special Order" item?

Please contact us and we will let you know if the item is available and how long it will take to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and Paypal.

What are your shipping policies?

Orders ship within 5 business days, and we will notify you ASAP of any potential delays. Need your geekery in a hurry? Add expedited shipping to your cart before checking out.

U.S.:
Orders typically arrive 2-5 days after they are shipped, and you will receive an email with a link to tracking info on the USPS website.

International:
Shipping times vary, but orders typically arrive within a few weeks. Occasionally packages are held up at customs or otherwise delayed and can take several weeks to arrive. Once packages have left the U.S. we have no way to track them. If your package has not arrived within 45 days or has arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us to file a claim (international orders only).
Please be aware that your postal service may impose additional fees on shipments that are beyond our control and will be the responsibility of the customer - the U.K. is particularly notorious for this. You are encouraged to check with your postal service before placing an order.

What are your refund policies?

Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will pay return shipping and correct the mistake ASAP.

Do you accept custom orders?

We accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know if we'll be able to work with you. Also please note that custom orders will be incur additional fees and will not be returnable. Thanks for your understanding!

Caring for your geekery

Treating your Techcycled creations with respect will ensure that they remain beautiful for years to come. Silver plated metal and circuit board traces can be returned to their original luster with a polishing cloth. Cables and wires can often be re-shaped by hand or with household tools.
