- Select BingSearchEnabled and set it to 0, and select “OK”
- Repeat the steps for BingSearchEnabled for CortanaConsent
- Restart your system and your problem is resolved

To check the services, open the Run by pressing Win+Key.
Now type Services.msc and click on OK.
Now from the services window search for the Windows Search services.
If it is stopped, run it again.
However, if the service is already running you have to restart it again.
